At MedPro Group, inclusion and engagement are more than just buzzwords. We’re committed to building a team of diverse individuals and nurturing their success in the insurance industry.

Through our Foundations of Insurance program, we bring those values to life. In partnership with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other colleges, we provide students with new opportunities and hands-on experience in a unique field.

By participating in the FOI initiative, students get the chance to take part in workshops, learn from industry experts, and apply for a paid summer internship with us at the program’s conclusion. The learning experience is immersive, supported by coaches who act as mentors throughout the program and provide participants with valuable career advice and guidance.
